Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz
Grown in the Barossa for over 100 years Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz are two varieties that consistently shine. They produce rich, robust wines of great colour and flavour and when blended produce a wine style this is quintessential Barossa.
From vineyards sited on the warm valley floor and up into the high country of the Eden Valley, this wine typically displays an array of aromas and flavours. From the Cabernet Sauvignon come flavours of plum and blackberry supported by a fine tannin backbone, while the Shiraz contributes a fleshy, warm, sweet-cherry lift and toasty oak. Together the two varieties produce a harmonious blend that is ready for immediate enjoyment.
