Red Clay Soils Famed for Consistent Quality

Ebenezer is located in the far north of the Barossa. Sometimes referred to by locals as "Ebe", this region is characterised by wide flat plains and a consistency of vineyards that is not seen in other, more undulating parts of the Barossa.

Ebenezer's relatively flat landscape in the north of the Barossa, experiences cool nights and the occasional frost. This climate and its soils of consistent depth and texture culminate in wines of opulent middle palate and velevety tannins.

Both these characteristics are showcased in our Blackwell Shiraz.
