A Little Bit of Eden in the Barossa Valley

This is the most southern part of the Barossa and borders onto the Adelaide Hills wine region. Shiraz from Williamstown often has pungent dried spice and red cherries characters with medium body and a refreshing burst of acid at the finish.

While not as elevated as Eden Valley, wines from this part of the Barossa Valley appear to be more akin to the cooler Eden Valley wines. A small yet important contributor to the fresh fragrant aspect of Faith Shiraz. This area is also great for Semillon as it develops great lemon sorbet flavours.
